Additionally, the company will not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of the risk of population they serve or against those who specialize in the treatment of costly conditions. IntegraNet will audit credentialing files annually to identify discriminatory practices in the selection of practitioners. Should discriminatory practices be identified through audit or through other means, the company will take appropriate action(s) to track and eliminate those practices.
